How do I change my Joi Internet on-line account password?

Step 1) Log into you account by inserting your username and password. Once you inside your Account Self Care you will see a link that reads Change Password go ahead and click on that link.

Step 2) Once you click on that link you will see three empty fields insert your old password which is your current password, then insert the new password you which to have and retype it to confirm it. After your fields are complete go ahead and click on OK.

Step 3) You will get a message box that you password has been successfully changed. Go ahead and just clock on OK and your password has been changed. Keep in mind you won't be able to use a previous password all password changes need to be different in some way letter or numeric.
